acep: Pilot Project & Model
> Summary
The project will distribute a booklet describing different ways you can learn more about the Christian Faith.

The distribution will take place in the run up to Easter 2009 to all the house holds in ‘Greater Heswall, Wirral which will include Heswall, Gayton, Pensby, Barnston, Thingwall and Thornton Hough.

Those receiving the booklet will be encouraged to borrow or buy DVDs, books, Bibles and visit websites and if interested join introductory courses run by local churches.

> Local Churches
The majority of churches in the Heswall area actively support the project. Each member will receive the booklet in advance and be encouraged to pray for the project. There will also be preparatory courses so members can both learn and be ready to talk to family and friends when the booklet is delivered.

> Publicity
Supporting churches and denominations will be asked to include descriptive articles in their publications. We will also arrange local media and radio coverage in the lead up to the distribution.

> Follow up
The booklet gives more information if you would like to join a course, visit a church or have a chat about the Christian faith.

> Evaluation
We will offer anyone borrowing or buying a DVD or book a questionnaire which will ask them about how helpful the DVD or book had been. We will also monitor the visits to the web site.

> Future Projects
This will depend on the effectiveness of the pilot project.
